One of the things that stand out in my mind about the staff at Heart to Heart Hospice is the love and concern that is exhibited not only to our patients and their families, but also to the community. It is not unusual for us to be involved in some sort of fund raiser, food drive, or other events. The staff also works very well together as a team and are always willing to help each other. They strive to be the best they can be for their patients and families during this difficult time. I am proud to be part of the Starkville Heart to Heart Hospice team.

In Columbus, our office is filled with employees with many assets. Office manager, Pam Haga, brings organization, intelligence and curiosity to her work. RN, Diane Triplett, with an ASN from MUW made Dean’s List and is PALS certified. Our new Chaplain, Ron Thomas, has a quick wit, combined with deep spirituality. This is a blessing to those who work with him and to our patients and families. Our CNA’s, Patricia Skinner and Litisa Warren, are efficient, thorough and compassionate. Our Social Worker, Sarah Johnson, was listed in Who’s Who and made Dean’s List while at University and aggressively pursues needs for our patients and their families. When asked what hospice means to her, Sarah said it so well. “Hospice means love. Love for the ones we care for and for the job we do. Hospice means showing love for those who need it most.”
