The Hospice Home Health Aide assists the professional nursing staff in providing nursing care to patients and families.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must complete the Heart to Heart Hospice, Inc., competency test; a score of 80% is required or completion of a state approved Home Health Aide training course
• Must attend scheduled in-services (12 hours attended annually)
• High School diploma or GED
• Personal automobile, valid state driver’s license, and current auto liability insurance
• Must be able to work independently, be flexible and reliable
